What is Sophrology?

Sophrology is a gentle yet powerful mind-body therapy that helps rewire thought patterns, integrate empowering behaviors, and develop awareness by focusing on physical and mental sensations. It combines dynamic relaxation exercises and a guided technique called sophronisation to help you reach a state of peacefulness.

It's been helping individuals navigate life transitions with confidence, parents find balance in their daily lives, helped students prepare for exams, and professionals reduce workplace stress. This technique is also being used by Olympic athletes to enhance focus, manage stress, and improve performance.

For those that know the changes they need to make but struggle to follow through, Sophrology bridges the gap by anchoring those changes directly into your body. This creates deeper, more sustainable transformation than mindset work alone.

Dynamic Relaxation

Dynamic Relaxation exercises are designed to help you incorporate your chosen new beliefs and perspectives into everyday life. We'll create and practice these techniques together so they naturally become part of your routine.

Sophronisation

During our session, we'll get you in a  deep therapeutic state ("sophrolominal state") to change core unhealthy beliefs that are preventing growth and getting to a desired place in our life.

Peacefulness

Both Dynamic Relaxation exercices and Sophronisation help increasing peacefulness by bringing the gap between a current and desired state and integrating new ways of being.

About me

My name is Raphaël

After spending over 20 years navigating various therapies in search of relief—moving from one panic attack to the next and living in a constant state of anxiety—I finally discovered practices that truly helped me heal. One of the most transformative was sophrology. The integration of body and mind through its techniques created a profound shift, allowing me to break free from the cycle and step into a more peaceful, fulfilling life.

Inspired by this transformation, I chose to deepen my understanding and train with the Institut Français de Sophrologie (IFS) in France. My mission is to share these powerful tools and support others in finding their own path to calm and clarity.

Life doesn’t have to feel overwhelming. I’ve experienced firsthand how a mindful approach can bring about lasting change—and I’m here to guide you toward that same sense of peace and balance.
